About the team.
The versatile TranScribeart team started from humble beginnings and is a home-based business with its roots in transcription and therefore is able to appreciate the individual needs of a variety of business types. No job, however is too big or too small for our team as we have a number of expert freelancers on call in times when we have an overflow of incoming tasks or larger projects . We take great lengths to select only the best transcriptionists, translators and writers, who also undergo strict training and screening.
All work is first very carefully proof read by the transcriptionist, translators or writers and double-checked on completion at no extra cost before it is returned to the client by a dedicated proof reading team, which places a great emphasis on accuracy. Translations are dynamic and all writing is original and 100% free of plagiarism.
Confidentiality is another very important aspect of our business and although we have serviced a number of high profile clients as well as smaller clients, we respect their privacy. Therefore, we are not in the position to disclose their identities. Our high standards consider data protection and all our data is secured, deleted and shredded from the system as soon as our clients have expressed their satisfaction and after confirmation of the receipt of the work rendered, although we keep a safe backup of the files for a certain period of time in the event that our clients may lose their files .
