Transcription & Typing

Audio or video files are transcribed into Word documents, .PDF format, or any other format requested. Generally, rates are charged per audio or video minute and is worked out according to the turnover time, the clarity of the audio, number of speakers and any other specific needs such as time stamps for example.

Clients upload an audio or video file via Dropbox, Digioh, WeTransfer or any other file transfer option preferred. We are able to work with and convert most file types with our state of the art software. Completed Word or .PDF files (or any other specific files required by our various clients) are returned to the client in the same way or via email. There are a variety of templates available from which to choose. Clients are welcome to email their specifications or their own templates. They may also choose verbatim or clean verbatim or other suitable transcription styles.

Copy Typing, CV's and Amanuensis

TranScribeart also provides typing services such as retyping scanned written documents, CV layouts, reports and more. Typing is charged per page. Extra services include special layouts which may include graphic elements. We have a number of templates to select from. Basic templates are free and the more intricate templates may be charged at a nominal fee.
